If you have lost your Bonus Card or if you have had it stolen you will need to call our dedicated Customer Service Team as soon as possible so we can disable your card. 0800 328 0800

We will send you a new card and key fob within 28 days, just call us to activate your new card and fob when you receive them. 

Don’t worry, any savings you have on that card at the time it is reported lost will be automatically transferred onto your new Bonus Card.

No, unlike other store loyalty cards there are no points to collect – just swipe your card at the checkout every time you shop in an Iceland or Food Warehouse store and you'll automatically qualify for lots of great benefits.

If you haven’t already, set up your Online Shopping account by going to http://groceries.iceland.co.uk/ and registering as a new customer. 

Enter your Bonus Card number on the registration page along with the rest of your details and this will then link the card to your account.
If you already have an Online Shopping account then go to the ‘My Account’ section and select Manage Bonus Card to add your Bonus Card number.


Please be aware that the details on your Bonus Card must match the details entered on your Groceries account otherwise the Bonus Card and Groceries accounts will not link.

Anyone over the age of 18, who lives in the UK, can have a Bonus Card. Simply pick up a card next time you’re in store and register your details online.

There are three different ways that you can check your Bonus Card balance total:

 

  • When you swipe your Bonus Card in any of our stores or Food Warehouses your receipt will show your Bonus Card balance.
  • You can check your Bonus Card savings balance on the Bonus Card website. Just go to http://www.iceland.co.uk/bonus-card/  and register or sign in to check your balance.
  • You can check your Bonus Card balance on the Online Shopping website by signing in, going to the My Account page and selecting Manage Bonus Card. You can only do this if you have linked your Bonus Card to your online Groceries account.

To change your personal details, you will first need to log in to your Bonus Card account on iceland.co.uk. Then select the ‘Update My Details’ and here you will be able to update and change your personal details.

Remember to click ‘Save’ when you are finished to make sure we always have the correct contact details –

If you believe you have hit a £20 milestone but the £1 bonus hasn’t loaded onto the Bonus Card, this may be for one of the following reasons:

 

  • Money that Iceland has loaded onto your Bonus Card, including the £1 bonuses and any promotional rewards, do not count towards your total savings on the Bonus Card. You will only receive a £1 bonus for every £20 that you yourself save onto the card.
  • If for some reason you have more than one Bonus Card registered to your account (these Bonus Cards having different numbers) the balances on the different cards do not tally together to hit the £1 bonus. You must load £20 onto one of your Bonus Cards to hit your £1 bonus.
  • You will receive a £1 bonus each time an aggregate of £20 of Savings is added to your Savings balance. This does not take into account any savings you redeem. Once you have qualified for a £1 bonus, you will need to save another £20 onto your Bonus Card before you qualify for another £1 bonus.

There are two ways to add savings to your Bonus Card:

 

  • Instore - Simply tell the cashier in our stores or Food Warehouses how much you would like to save and we’ll load it directly onto your Bonus Card.

 

  • Online – Log in to your Online Shopping account and click on ‘My Account’. Then click on ‘Manage Bonus Card’. You will be given the option to ‘Top up’. Once you have entered your chosen amount you will be able to enter your  payment card details to purchase your savings. 

Please note: Savings can take up to 48 hours to appear on your account.

Once you have saved £20 onto your Bonus Card, the £1 bonus will be added to your savings within 48 hours.

If you cannot remember your Bonus card password, please go to the Bonus Card section on iceland.co.uk and select the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link. We will send you an email for you to reset it (remember to check your spam/junk folder). This will prompt you to create a new password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and contain a capital letter. You will then need to confirm your new password by retyping it –
