What happens if I am not at home when you deliver to me?

Our Home Delivery driver will leave a card with the stores telephone number for you to contact them, and take your items back to the store.

Whenever possible, we will try and arrange a re-delivery for you, but this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Helpline on 0800 328 0800*, option 3.

*Calls will be free from a BT landline, other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more. Calls may be recorded for training purposes.
