What do I do if I have any missing or damaged items?

Any missing or damaged items must be reported to our Customer Helpline, on 0800 328 0800.

Our Customer Care team are available for any queries: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 9.00pm, Saturday 8.00am - 8.00pm and Sunday 8.00am - 6.00pm.

Alternatively you can use the contact form on our website to send our Customer Care team a message. Any damages or missing products from your Home Delivery must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery.

*Calls will be free from a BT landline, other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more. Calls may be recorded for training purposes.
