'There was an error trying to activate your bonus card' 

Follow the steps below to ensure that you can activate your Bonus Card

  • Your registered Bonus Card details must match your online account.
  • Have you moved house or changed your name and forgot to update your details with us? 
  • If so, click the link below and log in or register with 'My Bonus Card' to update now
  • Alternatively you can call Customer Care on 0800 328 0800 
  • Changes will take 24 hours to update
