If you haven’t already, set up your Online Shopping account by going to http://groceries.iceland.co.uk/ and registering as a new customer.
Enter your Bonus Card number on the registration page along with the rest of your details and this will then link the card to your account.
If you already have an Online Shopping account then go to the ‘My Account’ section and select Manage Bonus Card to add your Bonus Card number.
Please be aware that the details on your Bonus Card must match the details entered on your Groceries account otherwise the Bonus Card and Groceries accounts will not link.
Once logged into your Online Shopping account, click onto ‘My Account’ (you can find this at the top of the page and for mobile devices and tablets there will be three black horizontal lines).
You will be able to see various options to update your personal details, including your billing and delivery address, password and contact numbers.
When you reach the address section please firstly click once on your address line from the dropdown menu and then click on the select address button to confirm your choice.
If you can not remember your password, please click on ‘Forgotten your password?’ on the sign in page of our website and we will send you an email telling you how to reset your password.
Sometimes these emails may be sent to the junk or spam folder of your email account, please make sure you check these folders if the email doesn’t arrive in your email inbox.

If you have an order already placed and you want this to be delivered to the new delivery address then you will have to click 'Amend Order'. Select a new deliveries slot and time and proceed through to Checkout.
Go to the grocery log in page and click on the ‘Change Password’ link in the ‘My Account’ section and update your password. Once finished, click ‘update password’.
You can do this by logging into your Online Shopping Account and clicking onto ‘My Account’ (you can find this at the top of the page and for mobile devices and tablets there will be three black horizontal lines).
Once here, click on ‘Manage Bonus Card’.
Enter your Bonus Card number (found on the front of your card) into the ‘Card Number’ field and click on ‘Add’.
Once added, you will be able to view and add to the savings balance on your card. You will also be able to use your savings to pay for orders.
Log into the grocery website and click on to the ‘Manage Billing Address/Manage Delivery Address’ of the ‘My Account’ section and edit your details. Once finished, click ‘Save updates’ to make sure we always have the correct contact details.
