We will send you a new card and key fob within 28 days, just call us to activate your new card and fob when you receive them.
Don’t worry, any savings you have on that card at the time it is reported lost will be automatically transferred onto your new Bonus Card.
If you haven’t already, set up your Online Shopping account by going to http://groceries.iceland.co.uk/ and registering as a new customer.
Enter your Bonus Card number on the registration page along with the rest of your details and this will then link the card to your account.
If you already have an Online Shopping account then go to the ‘My Account’ section and select Manage Bonus Card to add your Bonus Card number.
Please be aware that the details on your Bonus Card must match the details entered on your Groceries account otherwise the Bonus Card and Groceries accounts will not link.
Anyone over the age of 18, who lives in the UK, can have a Bonus Card. Simply pick up a card next time you’re in store and register your details online.

If you believe you have hit a £20 milestone but the £1 bonus hasn’t loaded onto the Bonus Card, this may be for one of the following reasons:
To change your personal details, you will first need to log in to your Bonus Card account on iceland.co.uk. Then select the ‘Update My Details’ and here you will be able to update and change your personal details.
Remember to click ‘Save’ when you are finished to make sure we always have the correct contact details –

The Bonus Card is Iceland’s loyalty card. There are various benefits to regularly swiping your Bonus Card, including:

Once you have saved £20 onto your Bonus Card, the £1 bonus will be added to your savings within 48 hours.
It can take up to 48 hours for changes to your details to appear in your account.
If you cannot remember your Bonus card password, please go to the Bonus Card section on iceland.co.uk and select the ‘Forgotten Your Password’ link. We will send you an email for you to reset it (remember to check your spam/junk folder). This will prompt you to create a new password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and contain a capital letter. You will then need to confirm your new password by retyping it –
